VIA Global Health Welcomes Brinnon Mandel to Leadership Team
Ms. Mandel brings a wealth of experience in medical device innovation, emerging economies and business intelligence, having served as a Technical Development Officer and Director of Innovations for Jhpiego and as a consultant to Global Good, Heritage Health, Sage Innovation and Pink Ribbon Red Ribbon. As Vice President of Market Insights, Mandel will oversee VIA’s work on pre-commercialization of global health innovations, including coordination of research and development with medical professionals in emerging markets and VIA’s network of nearly 300 medical distributors across Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
“Brinnon represents a strategic expansion of VIA’s operations, while continuing our focus on the core mission of improving and streamlining the connection between the demands of distributors and health providers in emerging markets with the health innovations being developed,” said VIA’s CEO, Noah Perin.
Ms. Mandel is a graduate of Colorado College and has a Masters of Public Health and Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
