Description

The Infant Radiant Warmer AJ-2402L is a radiant warmer designed to maintain the body temperature of newborn infants with a microprocessor-based servo controlled temperature system. This unit allows for three settings: pre-warm, manual or automatic, and has a full suite of alarms for patient safety.

Key Features

Usability
The Infant Radiant Warmer AJ-2402L is adjustable to suit the needs of the patient. The heater head can be adjusted +90º horizontally, the tilt angle of the infant bed and the light angle of the observation light are also adjustable, and the transparent protector can be folded. The microprocessor-controlled unit allows for three settings: pre-warm, manual or automatic. An APGAR timer records therapy time for easier tracking by medical staff. A convenient X-ray cassette is under the infant bed. The unit’s height can be adjusted electrically.

Design
Designed for optimal and safe radiant warming, this unit adopts an anti-explosion micro crystal quartz infrared radiation tube for its radiation source which heats quickly and has a long life-span. Temperature deviation can be amended directly in front panel. This unit also includes a low pressure aspirator, oxygen supply system and LED phototherapy unit.

Safety
This radiant warmer has visual and audible safety alarm functions for power failure, temperature deviation, temperature sensor failure, and over temperature. Moreover, this unit has a second thermal cut-off function for additional safety and a skin temperature sensor with a failure protection function to avoid over temperature.
